You've done great detailing and made some very valid observations.
But I think you were a little too easy on the scoreboard.

I see that you like the action more; I agree, the fights are captivating and fluid; thanks to SE's top notch designing, amazing graphics and sequence directing.
But I thought that the story brings bout more depth if you played the game before; which I did. Othewise you'll probably have to infer a lot to make any real sense.

Frankly, I think the art deserved higher. We cannot discount that the doll's designs are rather captivating and different compared to many other boy-meets-many-girls Anime such as Tenshi Muyo, Love Hina, SMJ series and the like. But I agree on the lack of spirit in the animation compared to the manga.

The characters take the cake. Especially moi..... lol

The anime's presentation is too choppy, though the story may be good, the expression of the dialouge is too dry and unengaging.

Quite detailed, but I feel that the use of the 'mystery girl' plot to be overrated, and hence should not be awarded with such a high score.

Somehow, I felt that the story didn't tie up well with the characters; fighting dolls!? Okay, maybe Suigintou does fit the part, but Shinku, as a prissy and bossy doll shouldn't really be suited for combat purposes.
